About Double Joker Poker
Double Joker Poker is a fun-loving video poker game, and one which is obviously based on the Double Joker video poker variant. This BetSoft Gaming title naturally features better graphics than many of its counter-parts, although at the end of the day, this is still a video poker game, so the graphics aren’t going to blow you away.
How to play
As soon as the first 5 cards are dealt to the player, he or she can decide what they wish to do with them. The first cards may be either held or discarded. New cards will then be dealt to the player to replace those discarded.
Any jokers you have will act as wildcards, and replace themselves with cards that you need to win a hand.
After the dealing of the second set of cards, your poker hand is complete and will be compared against the pay-table. If it matches one of the hands listed above, then you will win a prize in relation to how many coins you have bet.
Wagering and prizes
Although it has been designed to look like a real video poker terminal, Double Joker Poker can only actually take coin values of 0.02 up to 1.00. You can bet as many as 5 per hand, giving you minimum and maximum wagers of 0.02 per hand, and 5.00 per hand, respectively.
The more coins you wager per hand, the more you can win. The lowest paying hand in this game is worth between 1 and 5 coins, and that is given for a Two Pair. Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, Four of a Kind, Straight Flush, Five of a Kind, and Wild Royal Flushes are worth considerably more. The Royal Flush (natural) is worth the most, with prizes ranging from 800 coins up to 4,000 coins, depending on how much you have bet.
Final thoughts
Double Joker Poker is a decent video poker game, with plenty of good paying prizes. You have total control over your bets in this game, and as well as one of the best looking video poker games, it is also one of the cheapest around.
