About Forest Band
EGT’s Forest Band is a mixture of Robin Hood meats pirates/band of thieves of the forest themed game. It is certainly unusual in that regard, but nobody could accuse EGT of not being original when it comes to the theme of the game. Forest Band is played over a total of 5 reels, with players having the option of wagering on between 1 and 20 paylines. Credits are fixed in this game, with players able to choose minimum bets of 1 credit per line, per spin, up to a total of 400 credits per spin, with all of the paylines activated. Special Features
The castle icon is Forest Band’s wild symbol. Wilds can appear on the second, third, fourth, and fifth reels, but not the first reel. Wilds can substitute themselves for all other icons in the game, but not the scatter icon.
That scatter icon is the target and arrow icon. Players will pocket an instant win bonus of 100 coins if they land find three such scatter symbols on the first, third, and fifth reels in the game. Doing just that will also trigger a free spins bonus game for you.
There are four progressive jackpots to be won at random in the game. Should the Jackpot Cards mystery bonus icon appear, players will get to pick from a total of 12 face-down cards. If they match three of one of the suits, then they will win whatever progressive jackpot that suit denotes.
A gamble feature has also been worked into the design of Forest Band, although it is hardly worth mentioning. This can be triggered after any win worth less than 400 coins, and can see you either double, or lose your winnings.
Bonus Feature
Forest Band’s free spins bonus is quite basic. Players will be given a total of 10 free spins to play with. During this bonus round, a wild feature is also activated. In this wild feature whenever a wild icon appears on the reels, it will stay for the duration of the bonus round, as a sticky wild symbol. The free spins bonus cannot be retriggered, though. An alternative set of reels is used during this bonus round, which offer slightly better pay-outs than the best game.
