Special Features

8 Xplosion features a theme that is slightly reminiscent of a Noughts and Crosses game, however, “8” is the pivotal number, and explosions are the name of the game. Icons are also bars, and card indices icons – clubs, spades, hearts, and diamonds.

Graphically speaking, we did not find 8 Xplosion to be anything special, it all seems a little bit vague and misty, but perhaps this was a purposeful design. It is very colourful, and brightly lit, like any game in this genre should be. Ambient sounds are suitably slot-like, and the reels run fine, but we found the controls to be not quite so user friendly. However, once mastery over the controls has been met, this increases entertainment value.

Bonus Feature

Probably the biggest appeal 8 Xplosion has is its promise of various bonus features. Here we find the Mystic Cloud bonus that offers free spins for two or more “Mystic Cloud” icons landing on the reels.
