The game deals with two hands, that is the player hand and the banker hand, and a bet is placed on either hand. A player holding the shoe can either bet on the banker hand or pass it.
Each side in the game gets three cards, and the number of picture cards is relevant to determine the winner. Side with more face cards wins. In a case where the player and dealer have equal number of face cards, the win goes to the side having more points.
3Card baccarat is played with a single 52-card deck, and the game starts when the player makes a bet on either sides, during this time the player is at liberty to make any of the four optional side bet
9 is the maximum number of points, since the tens position is dropped after taking the total points on each side. A side with more points wins the game. However, if the number of points is equal, then side with more face cards wins. Another outcome is if the points and face cards are equal, well in this case, the hands tie and the result is a push.
Cards used in the game have been assigned different values. All face cards count as 10, an Ace a 1, and lastly all the other cards equal the value of their pips, such that 3 counts as 3 points and so on.
Joker cards are not used

Probability of each number from 1 to 9 is almost 10%. Players who place a bet of 0 for the dealer has a payout of 8 to 1, and a smaller house of edge of only 2.91%.
