I signed up through an email from a sister site of Wildslots, which included a 100% bonus match and 100 spins on Book of Dead. Maybe 200. It was an awesome bonus, so I jumped on it. Well, it has been a train wreck ever since. First of all, they did not honour the bonus, in fact they left my account in a "pending" status even though the money was VERY gone from my bank account. As in I have the confirmation code, I have the email stating receipt of the funds by Gigadat, etc.. I have even contacted my bank to investigate whether or not the funds did arrive to Wildslots, and they ALSO confirmed it. Wildslots has my money, since June 19, 2021. I have not had any credit on my account, in fact, they are saying they did NOT receive the funds. I am being made to jump through hoops to get them to look at this issue, I have asked for a refund, or even MORE simple to just credit the account with the original $20 without the bonus.. They are completely rude, uncooperative, extremely defensive, SLOW to respond, and I am out $20 STILL to this day. BEWARE!!!!
